CONDUCTING LEADERSHIP

Building on our successful engagements with Leadership Greater Chicago, we would be delighted to stage our Conducting Leadership workshop for you and your colleagues. Presented and conducted by Dr. Stephen Alltop, Conducting Leadership is a one-hour interactive seminar on leadership through the lens of an orchestra (in this case, 12 Music of the Baroque musicians). Enlightening and entertaining, the program was initially devised for the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and draws parallels between leadership in an orchestra and leadership in the workplace.
