Music of the Baroque seeks a friendly, motivated, energetic, and well-organized individual to serve as Audience Services Manager. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Audience Services Manager serves as the primary customer service representative and is a key member of the marketing team. This full-time role is pivotal in enhancing the patron experience and supporting the organization’s growth. Key duties and responsibilities

  • Handling subscription and single ticket inquiries and orders
  • Managing and maintaining the ticketing system and buyer database
  • Analyzing and reporting subscription and single ticket sales
  • Managing and expanding audience cultivation efforts
  • Coordinating on-site box office operations at all concerts and serving as principal liaison to performance venues’ box offices
  • Participating as part of the marketing team in subscription campaigns, concert promotions, and email marketing production
  • Collaborating with the development department in solicitation campaigns, data management, and audience events
  • Other tasks as they arise in what is a collaborative work environment.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Two years’ work experience, including box office and customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Exemplary customer service abilities
  • Strong analytical abilities and computer skills including ticketing and database systems (experience with PatronManager/Salesforce is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in arts administration, interest in classical music, or willingness to learn about the music and industry

Compensation & Benefits

  • $45,000 - $50,000 annual salary range
  • Generous paid vacation days, sick days, and personal days in addition to 11 paid holidays
